With commitment to excellence and a track record of success, we are seeking an Accounting Manager to join Blue Co.’s Aliign Practice in Carmel, IN.

Blue & Co., LLC is a dynamic and innovative CPA and professional services firm providing accounting and advisory services to growth-committed entrepreneurial clients. Aliign is a full-service, outsourced accounting partner to non-profit organizations and small business owners and entrepreneurs.

As a Manager, you will take a leadership role in the successful completion of client engagements, engage in business development activities, and provide guidance and expertise to team members.

Position Requirements:

• CPA license highly preferred and Quickbooks certification required.
• Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Ability and desire to build and develop client relationships.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with management responsibilities preferred.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven history of coaching others to success.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; high level of technical competence.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Key Attributes:

• Strong accounting and bookkeeping experience.
• Technical focus on small to mid-size companies, non-for-profit organizations and/or governmental entities.
• Able to adapt to different processes between clients and willingness to resolve client matters in a timely manner.
• Desire for future advancement and practice growth.
• Experience in business and individual income tax return preparation.
• Ability to manage team members and delegate responsibilities accordingly.
• Technologically proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and able to learn new systems and processes.
