Pinch Provider (APRN) – Concierge Med Spa ✨💉

Build your own aesthetics practice on your terms.

Pinch is looking for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Arizona who are ready to grow in aesthetics and deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials all in the comfort of clients’ homes.

As a Pinch Provider, you set your schedule, choose your clients, and build your business. We cover everything from malpractice insurance and marketing to technology and ongoing support, so you can focus on what you love most: making clients feel like their favorite selves ✨

All the products you need to run your business are provided at no cost, meaning minimal overhead and maximum profitability.

What You’ll Do 💉

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments (tox, microneedling, chemical peels, at-home facials, etc.)
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training (a one-time financial investment and an essential step in your injector journey)
• Take advantage of free virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
• Offer appointment availability that works for you (avg. 4–24 hrs/week)
• Manage products and supplies responsibly
• Keep accurate and timely client records
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support 🤝
• Grow your practice with patient outreach and our marketing tools

Requirements

What We’re Looking For 🌟

• Required: Active APRN license in Illinois (Full Practice Authority preferred)
• Required: Certification in injectables
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your own business
• Bonus: Prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or social media savvy
