This position offers uncapped commission and a base pay starting at $20 per hour . Successful candidates can expect to earn over $80,000 in first-year on-target earnings (OTE) . Compensation details, including factors influencing pay, will be discussed during the hiring process. Purpose The role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, recording accurate prospect data, and targeting market areas. The position includes a base monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement. Transport yourself to designated areas and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally. Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately. Maintain a neat appearance, proper uniform, and required permits. Attend company meetings as scheduled. Share ideas with the Canvassing Program Manager to improve program effectiveness. Master company methodologies, products, and promotional offerings as a Signature Service expert. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Drivers License with a clean record Minimum age of 21 for insurance coverage Reliable transportation Strong verbal communication skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets Physically able to stand and walk 3-5 miles daily Culture and Values Our vision is to make the world a better place by living up to our promise that everyone benefits from their association with Andersen.
