We seek candidates with certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management and/or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality for the role of Director of Risk Management . The person in this role will be responsible for directing, organizing, leading, implementing and supervising day to day operations of the Risk Management efforts. She/he will serve as the hospital Patient Safety Officer and Compliance Officer. Candidates must have a Master’s degree in a healthcare related field, or a Bachelor’s degree in related field with seven (7) years of director level experience. Must have at least four (4) years leadership experience in an acute care facility. Must hold certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. The role provides highly competitive compensation ($126,609 to $183,580 based on experience) and excellent benefits.
