Were looking for an Email & Web Developer whos skilled in crafting beautiful, functional emails and building responsive web experiences. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of experience creating, testing and editing HTML emails and web experiences across a variety of platforms. Heres what youll be doing (spoiler: its a mix of awesome): Coding, testing and refining HTML emails for flawless delivery across platforms Building and maintaining websites, landing pages and digital experiences using clean, responsive code Collaborating with designers and account teams to bring digital concepts to life Translating design files (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) into pixel-perfect front-end code Juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities like a pro Applying digital best practices to everything you buildbecause performance matters What Youll Bring to the Party: A bachelors degree in web development or a related fieldor a portfolio that proves youve got the chops 35 years of experience in email and front-end development Proficiency in HTML, CSS/Sass, and frameworks like Bootstrap Proven experience with email platforms such as Stripo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp and Braze Familiarity with testing tools like Email on Acid Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal Ability to collaborate withand coachdesigners on email best practices A proactive mindset and the ability to manage your own deadlines Strong communication skillsyoure good with people and even better with follow-through You think of A.I. as an old friend UI/UX experience is a bonusespecially if youve worked in Figma or XD to create wireframes or prototypes that keep the user in mind Why Youll Love Brighton At Brighton, we believe in blending creativity and strategy to make work that matterswhile having fun along the way.
