Position: Entry Level Events Assistant

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $800 - $1,095 per week

Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site)

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support in the planning, organization, and execution of various events ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution.
• Help manage logistics such as venue selection, catering, and transport arrangements.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure event requirements are met.
• Maintain and organize event timelines, budgets, and attendee lists.
• Support marketing efforts to promote upcoming events through social media and other channels.
• Attend events to assist with setup, registration, and overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in event planning or coordination (internships or volunteer work acceptable).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
