We are seeking an Entry to Mid Level Geologist for our Pittsburgh, PA office (open to a hybrid work-from-home schedule) . This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual with a strong desire to learn and develop in the environmental consulting business.

Minimum qualifications for the position include:

• B.S. in Geology or related science
• 1-3 years of environmental / geologic experience
• Geologist-in-Training (GIT) certification a plus
• General field skills and knowledge of various field / sampling equipment
• Strong technical writing capability and computer and communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Knowledge in the following areas a plus: Phase I/II environmental assessments, geologic evaluations and field investigations, soil and ground water sampling, PADEP regulatory programs (including Act 2)

Responsibilities will include:

• Conduct field work and assist with site investigations and remediation projects
• Emergency response oversight for spills and releases
• Analysis and management of data
• Report writing
