*Journeyman Plumber – Commercial Plumbing, Medical Gas & Gas Fitting*
Location: 23 Oregon Rd, Ludlow, MA 01056
Compensation: $75,000–$115,000/year + Bonuses & Full Benefits

*What You’ll Do:*
*Commercial Plumbing:*
* Handle everything from emergency repairs and preventative maintenance to new plumbing system installations for commercial buildings, offices, healthcare facilities, restaurants, and more.
* Work with water heaters, boilers, piping, repiping, backflow prevention, sump pumps, sewage ejection pumps, water softeners, leak repairs, restroom and kitchen installations, and more.
* Take on new commercial installations, working on projects from the ground up and ensuring all plumbing systems meet code and client requirements.
* Participate in prevailing wage work, including public and government-funded projects, ensuring compliance with all wage and reporting standards.
*Medical Gas Systems:*
* Install and maintain medical gas piping in healthcare environments, following NFPA 99 standards and industry best practices.
* Ensure proper sizing, labeling, and testing of medical gas systems for safety and compliance.
*Gas Fitting (Small & Large):*
* Perform gas fitting for a variety of commercial applications, from small-scale repairs to large new installations.
* Safely install and test gas lines for appliances, heating systems, and specialized equipment.
*New Residential Installations:*
* Install complete plumbing systems for new residential construction, from layout and rough-in to final fixtures and testing, ensuring quality and code compliance.
*Mentorship & Leadership:*
* If you’re experienced, take on a leadership role—mentor apprentices and new team members, and help direct projects in the field.
* If you’re newly licensed, you’ll receive hands-on training and guidance to expand your expertise in all areas of commercial plumbing.
*Who We’re Looking For:*
* Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber license (required)
* Newly licensed plumbers eager to learn and grow
* Experienced plumbers ready to mentor, motivate, and direct others
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
* Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation and work occasional weekends
