Job Description : Opportunity : Grow Your Career Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support various store areas to meet business needs. Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and handle cash according to procedures Promote credit and loyalty programs Follow merchandising standards and procedures for product presentation Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards Participate in store recovery and maintenance activities throughout the day Maintain cleanliness and organization standards for the store Provide and receive feedback constructively Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures Support store shrink reduction initiatives Participate in safety programs to ensure a safe environment Perform additional duties as assigned Who Were Looking For : You.
