Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Of Counsel attorney to join our firm. The ideal candidate will bring deep subject-matter expertise, strong client relationships, and the ability to contribute strategically to the firm’s practice areas. This role is designed for senior attorneys who wish to focus on client service, high-level legal work, and mentoring, without the full demands of partnership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized legal advice and representation to clients across assigned practice areas.
• Manage complex matters independently, while collaborating with partners and associates as needed.
• Support business development by leveraging professional networks, client relationships, and reputation within the industry.
• Mentor and provide guidance to associates and junior attorneys to support professional growth.
• Contribute thought leadership (articles, speaking engagements, client alerts) to strengthen the firm’s reputation.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic initiatives, client service delivery, and practice group development.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law and good standing with the relevant state bar(s).
• Minimum of 10–15 years of legal practice, with significant expertise in one or more specialized areas (e.g., corporate law, litigation, intellectual property, employment, real estate, etc.).
• Strong track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
