Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) — Home Infusion

What You’ll Do

• Oversee pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, dispensing, and clinical services
• Lead, coach, and develop pharmacy staff through training, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, URAC/ACHC standards, and Board of Pharmacy requirements
• Collaborate with leadership on budgets, projections, and strategic goals
• Drive continuous improvement in quality assurance, safety, and patient care standards
• Provide clinical guidance, maintain expertise in infusion therapy, and consult with practitioners as needed
• Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of pharmacy personnel
• Represent the pharmacy in management meetings and serve as the point of escalation for complex issues

What You Bring

• R.Ph. or Pharm.D. with an active, unrestricted pharmacist license
• 3+ years of experience in specialty/home infusion operations and clinical oversight
• Strong knowledge of IV admixtures, infusion therapy, and immunoglobulin therapies (hemophilia experience a plus)
• Proven leadership skills with experience supervising staff in a fast-paced pharmacy setting
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
