Our family-owned and rapidly growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Property Repair Technician. If you prefer doing something different every day, then you would feel at home in our supportive and rewarding company.

This position requires you to drive to our Moraine office or the job site daily to pick up company service vehicle, materials, tools and personnel to drive to and from the job sites. The correct candidate must be reliable, punctual, have a valid driver license, and a clean driving record. The correct candidate must be reliable, self-motivated, professional and detail oriented. This is a labor position . You will be expected to complete projects individually as well as part of a labor team on a daily basis. We will provide you with the training required as well as tools and materials needed for the projects. Candidates must have extensive experience operating power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment. Experience operating heavy equipment is also a plus. Our projects include rough and finish carpentry, deck repairs and installation, siding repairs and installation, drywall repair and installation, painting, pressure washing, concrete replacement and installation, fencing, light electrical and plumbing, drainage, and landscape installation as well as general repair/maintenance projects, etc. Our projects are generally located in the Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio vicinities.

Below is the list of responsibilities for this position, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all the qualifications but have sufficient experience, talent, and motivation.

Responsibilities:

• Correctly complete construction, maintenance, and repair work orders independently or with a labor team member within the budgeted hours provided and to company expectations and standards
• Safely drive a company provided service vehicle from the office to job sites (or as directed) daily or as required
• Provide high quality and detail-oriented labor to ensure the project process is completed efficiently, professionally, and with upmost quality standards
• Communicate with staff, management, and customers to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Provide training and direction to labor team members to ensure project efficiency
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Perform other duties, as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Extensive previous experience in construction, remodeling, and/or property maintenance
• Extensive previous experience with hand-held tools, power tools, and the operation of construction equipment
• Professional work ethic, high standards for quality, detail-oriented
• Ability to work in various environments.
• Ability to safely work from ladders, lifts, roofs, etc.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Valid Ohio driver's license
• Willingness and ability to pass a background check

Compensation is negotiable and dependent upon previous experience, current capabilities, and role within the company. An initial review period may be required or preferred.
