We are a leading personal injury law firm that is growing fast and were looking for a dynamic, results-driven Talent Recruiter/HR Generalist to help us find and hire the very best in legal and professional talent. This is an in-office position in our beautiful downtown Denver office, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create smart, targeted recruiting strategies
• Proactively source top talent through networking, LinkedIn outreach, job boards, law school contacts, and beyond
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from first outreach to offer acceptance ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience
• Build a robust pipeline for future openings so were always ready to hire the best
• Represent the firm at networking events, career fairs, and other industry gatherings
• Contribute ideas to strengthen our employer brand and keep us competitive in the talent market
• Assist Human Resources with other duties and projects as requested

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration or the equivalent recruiting/HR experience (legal industry a plus)
• A proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing high-quality candidates
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• The drive to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with ATS and recruiting tools; comfortable learning new systems
• Professional, personable, and passionate about people

• Competitive salary, $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience
