Overview : Under general supervision, the Real Estate Director oversees the implementation and expansion of the real estate strategy, drives strategic initiatives, and manages processes related to new store growth. This role involves creating the department vision, leading performance, and building a high-performing team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Promoting the company vision and core values. Leading, coaching, and developing department staff. Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Reporting on department KPIs and analyzing models for project viability. Developing business plans for funding and investment. Collaborating with executives on real estate portfolio decisions. Leading the implementation of real estate strategies across regions. Overseeing real estate initiatives and approval processes. Providing strategic insights on investments, site selection, and performance. Analyzing data to inform strategy and presenting findings to stakeholders. Staying current with industry trends and technologies. Fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement. Travel required 10-15%. Qualifications include: Minimum five years as a Manager and 10 years in Real Estate. Experience in reporting, analytics, or business insights preferred. Strong understanding of brick-and-mortar retail. Proven process improvement and organizational leadership skills. Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. Bachelor’s degree in a related field; professional certifications are a plus. Work Environment : Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends.
