Adelphi is seeking to recruit an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part time as scheduled role in a school set up. Have an active state of Kentucky licenseResponsibilities: Have experience with children with special needs Screening and Evaluating a patients condition and needs Establishing treatment programs that cater to a patient's needs and assist them in achieving specific goals Evaluate and record progress for use in billing, reporting, and assessment Provide Medicaid documentation direct services Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as necessary
